Put in the work!!

Here is how I am 6 months later by just adjusting my diet and using supplements 

·         Crave healthy foods, junk food does not even taste the same

·         Sleep great, sleep sound, much more rested

·         No more mood swings, much happier

·         No more anxiety

·         My lungs symptoms have improved, even though my tests show my overall function is worse than last year, things are slowly improving, my volume is better than it has been in a long time, hard to say if the full function will ever return to what it was, may just have permenate damage to the lungs. 

·         No more constant muscle aches and pains and cramps

·         Less RA flare ups

·         Much more mobility 

·         Digestive tract, normalized and regular

·         Nails have returned to what they should look like normally

·         No more bloating

·         No more water retention
